Connecticut fisheries are in peril; so are the people living near them.
On Friday morning, commuters in Connecticut who tuned into The Vinnie Penn Project on 960am were presented with a startling dose of reality. During the discussion, Dave and Vinnie addressed the ongoing application of harmful pesticides and herbicides in public water bodies. These toxic substances, which are prohibited worldwide because of their detrimental effects, inflict severe harm on the environment. They affect our fisheries and wildlife, and they also present significant health hazards to both humans and their pets.
